This product is a great option to dairy cheese,but made from nuts!! it is a fermented cheese and as it ages gets more and more tangy. Here we are showing off 3 different flavours ,smoked paprika ,black ash, and the original farmhouse style.
All these cashew cheese styles are hand made and formed then carefully turned and flipped to dry out and mature, so what starts as a very soft cheese, form into a fairly dense cheese that is able to be cut.
This cheese if added to a cheese board to impress, will do exactly that and once tasted become an experience ..moorish ,once tasted never forgotten.
